Demarin President and Director Eka Pertama has over 10 years of experience operating a sea-based manning and shipping agency in Indonesia. Prior

to this, he has first-hand actual shipboard experience working on passenger cruise vessels for 15 years.

Demarin Consultants Virginia Sy and Editha Encinares both worked on board cruise vessels as Hotel Director for more than two decades. As such, our combined long years of experiences in the maritime field, coupled with the mastery of crewing operations and administration, have been a solid foundation of our agency's efficiency and realibility.
